 Your choice of fabric will determine the personality of this dress – anything from summer casual to uptown contemporary. It has a 4-gore skirt and the gores are cut pie shaped so there is bias movement all around. The neck is round with center back buttons. The waist is meant to be roomy and just barely skim the body. Ties are added for a little shaping, but don’t tie tight. This dress is meant to have a lot of ease and movement. Bust tucks can be added at waist for additional shaping. The waist in front is slightly curved and raised to add visual movement. There are 3 sleeve options. There is a ¾ length dolmen sleeve. The long cap sleeve can be plain or you can add the circle ruffle for a soft feminine touch. On these 2 options, the sleeve openings are large and open almost to the waist. This is great for hot and humid weather.
